In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "tejbet", "we", "us", "our" refers to the tejbet platform and its operating entity, accessible at tejbet.net.
• "Platform" means the tejbet website, all associated pages, sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, and any software or application made available by tejbet.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any natural person who has registered an Account with tejbet or who accesses the Platform.

These Terms are effective from the date on which you first register an Account with tejbet or, if you were a user prior to the publication of these Terms, from the date they were last updated and published at tejbet.net/terms-conditions.

To register and use a tejbet Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. tejbet does not permit persons under 18 to register or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting in your own name and for your own personal use. Corporate entities, syndicates, and persons acting as agents on behalf of another individual are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party, and you are not funding your Account using funds provided by a third party.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or officer of tejbet or of any game studio whose content is hosted on the Platform.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by tejbet for breach of these Terms.
• Accessing and using online betting and casino services is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. You are solely responsible for determining and complying with any applicable local laws.

tejbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend an Account pending the receipt of satisfactory verification documents.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the tejbet Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

tejbet may at any time, at its sole discretion, require you to submit identity verification documentation including, but not limited to, a national identification card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must not share your password with any third party. tejbet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify tejbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All financial transactions on the tejbet Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). tejbet supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your tejbet balance within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take longer depending on your card issuer's processing times. tejbet does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. tejbet reserves the right to withhold processing of a withdrawal until satisfactory identity documentation has been received and verified. Anti-Money Laundering: tejbet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. tejbet may at any time request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into a tejbet Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and the reporting of suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

tejbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the time period specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• tejbet reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms or the applicable promotion terms.

tejbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions made by tejbet regarding bonus eligibility and wagering requirement calculations are final.

All betting and gaming activities on the tejbet Platform are governed by these Terms and Conditions together with any specific rules applicable to individual games or betting markets, which are displayed within the respective game or betting section.

All casino games hosted on the tejbet Platform are provided by certified third-party studios. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited RNG systems operated by the respective studios. tejbet does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way.

All sports betting markets are offered at odds determined by tejbet's pricing systems. Bets placed on sports events are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL, FIFA). In the event of any dispute regarding settlement, tejbet's decision is final.

tejbet reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, data errors, or systems malfunction. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed at the time of wagering. tejbet reserves the right to impose individual Account betting limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tejbet Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds or in incorrect markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies using tejbet bonus funds or in conjunction with other platforms.
• Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing Account restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Sharing Account credentials with other persons or allowing a third party to operate your Account.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying code or systems of the tejbet Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, impairs, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players.

tejbet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tejbet uses your personal data to provide the Services, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and where you have opted in, to communicate promotional offers. tejbet does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Services. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the tejbet Platform without the prior written consent of tejbet.

Game content displayed on the Platform, including game graphics, audio, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is used by tejbet under licence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tejbet's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tejbet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether or not tejbet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tejbet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tejbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, server failures, telecommunications disruptions, or any circumstances beyond tejbet's reasonable control.

tejbet is not responsible for third-party game outcomes, as all games are determined by independently audited RNG systems operated by certified studios. By placing a bet or playing a game on tejbet, you accept that gambling involves risk and that you may lose any amounts wagered.

tejbet is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, place bets, or deposit funds.

Any Account found to have been created in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and any balance forfeited.

tejbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if tejbet reasonably suspects or determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• You have engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Your Account is being used in connection with illegal activity.
• You are no longer eligible to hold an Account under the eligibility criteria in Section 3.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require tejbet to do so.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, tejbet reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including both real money and bonus funds. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification.

Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real money balance will be returned following identity verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

Your continued use of the tejbet Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
